Celebrate your love story with a recipe featuring Martino Couscous! Here are the chocolate and coconut couscous truffles, a dish with a fresh and super delicious flavor. The recipe is by our Francesca Lucisano, food blogger at Giallo Zafferano!
Ingredients for 16 truffles
- 100 g of organic couscous
- 100 ml of warm milk
- 100 g of coconut flour
- 50 g of sugar;
- 50 g of dark chocolate;
- 50 g of heart-shaped sprinkles
Preparation:
Pour the couscous into a bowl and add the warm milk. Set aside to rest for 10 minutes. After this time, fluff the couscous with a fork and add the sugar, melted chocolate, and coconut flour in order.
Mix everything well and let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After the resting time, form the truffles using a teaspoon and roll them in the heart-shaped sprinkles.
As you form them, place them on a plate and continue until all ingredients are used up. Let the truffles rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then serve them at the table.
