Just a few hours until Christmas Eve dinner, and if you’re looking for an original and creative recipe to impress your guests, we have just the thing for you!
Today we present breaded swordfish sticks with corn couscous. The recipe is by our Francesca Lucisano, a food blogger from Giallo Zafferano.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 slices of swordfish;
- 100 g of corn couscous;
- To taste Salt
- To taste Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD:
Clean the swordfish slices by removing the skin and bone. Cut them into sticks and set aside. Place the corn couscous in a bowl and coat the fish sticks in it. Oil a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place the fish on top.
Lightly salt and drizzle with more oil. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. After this time, remove from the oven and serve.
