Chocolate pudding is a classic, easy, and delicious dessert, perfect for serving during the holidays. We have made it with our couscous. The recipe for the couscous and chocolate pudding is by Francesca Lucisano, a food blogger from Giallo Zafferano.
Ingredients for 4 puddings:
- 100 g of couscous;
- 200 ml of fresh cream;
- 50 g of powdered sugar;
- 50 g of dark chocolate;
- Fresh raspberries as needed.
- For the caramel
- 50 g of sugar
Method:
Prepare the caramel by melting the sugar in a small saucepan. Once the sugar is melted, create decorations according to your imagination.
Now prepare the puddings. In a bowl, pour the couscous and moisten it with warm fresh cream. Let it rest for 10 minutes and fluff the couscous with a fork.
Add the powdered sugar, melted chocolate, and mix everything very well. Divide the mixture into individual molds and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
After this time, unmold the puddings and decorate them with fresh raspberries and caramel decorations. Serve.
