Spinach couscous with carrots and cheese

Ingredients for 4 people:

300 g of spinach couscous;
200 ml of lukewarm water;
150 g of carrots;
150 g of spreadable cheese;
A pinch of salt;
extra virgin olive oil to taste
Almond granules to taste

Preparation:

Pour the spinach couscous into a bowl and rehydrate it with lukewarm water. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then fluff it with a fork.

Add the oil, salt, grated carrots, and spreadable cheese. Mix everything very well until all ingredients are incorporated.

Divide the couscous into individual plates and decorate the surface with carrot slices, almond granules, and oil. Serve.
