The recipe for the sweet couscous poke with Greek yogurt and chocolate is by our Francesca Lucisano, food blogger at Giallo Zafferano.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g of Kids couscous
- 300 ml of warm milk
- 20 drops of liquid sweetener
- 500 g of 0% Greek yogurt
- 2 ripe pears
- 50 g of dark chocolate
Preparation:
Pour the couscous into a bowl and rehydrate it with warm milk. Add the sweetener and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After this time, fluff it with a fork. Place it in individual bowls and garnish with Greek yogurt, diced pear, and coarsely chopped dark chocolate.
Serve the sweet couscous poke at the table.
