Ingredients:
- 400 g of whole wheat couscous
- 300 ml of lukewarm water
- 200 g of tuna in oil
- 200 g of carrots
- 100 g of mixed salad
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Pour the couscous into a bowl and rehydrate it with the water. Let it rest for 10 minutes. After this time, fluff it with a fork and season it with salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Mix well and divide it into individual bowls. Add the tuna in oil, mixed salad, and carrots. The savory poke is ready to be enjoyed.
