Couscous pearls with spinach couscous

These couscous pearls are a perfect snack for a home aperitif with friends! Easy to prepare and super tasty.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 100 g of spinach couscous
  • 50 ml of water
  • 50 g of egg whites
  • 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sunflower oil as needed for frying

Preparation:

Pour the couscous into a bowl and rehydrate it with water. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then fluff it and add the Parmesan and egg whites. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Form small balls and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve at the table accompanied by sauces.
